Ideal Crumb Rubber Factory is a modern Natural Rubber-processing unit producing high quality Technically Specified Natural Rubber. The main products manufactured are ISNR-20 and ISNR-10 which are widely used as the raw material in Tyre manufacturing and other rubber products manufacturing industries.

We use high quality Field Coagula (popularly known as Scrap Rubber) collected from licensed rubber dealers and planters in Kerala and other South Indian states. Located in the heart-land of rubber producing regions, the unit has instant advantage of easy availability to good quality of raw materials.

We are using producer gas generated in Biomass Gasifiers as renewable and alternative source of energy instead of fossil fuels which generate high amount of Carbon Dioxide.

We are one of the major approved raw material suppliers to almost all the leading Tyre-manufacturing companies in India. We also export sizeable quantity of Indian Standard Natural Rubber to many countries in Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.
